As an -almost- Colorado Native, Dawn has had the chance to wear many hats in the wedding industry and with 15+ years working with your venues, vendors, & amazing couples, she has finally created a space to connect with even more beautiful couples with Sage + Oak!
Helping to create lasting memories for couples is what she enjoys most. Dawn + Team is here to make your vision come to life by ensuring your day runs smoothly, your decor is perfect, and you can leave all of your worries behind!
In Dawn’s free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, live music concerts, and the amazing craft beer breweries here in Colorado. Perfect getaway would include a bottle of wine and a hot tub in the mountains!

Alessandra (Alex)
Alessandra, affectionately known as Alex, is one of the kindest individuals you'll encounter. Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, she relocated to Colorado a few years ago due to be closer to her daughter. Alex enjoys the breathtaking Colorado mountains, cherishes quality time with her family, and values her fitness routine at the gym. She also loves exploring the local scene, always ready to discover new places to go out and enjoy life.

Janina's passion for events stems from her love of the performing arts world and the pure magic of the process behind a production. Starting from simple words on a script to becoming something real; fueled by a palpable live energy that brings people together!
As an adult, she rediscovered that love within the events world; pursuing a hospitality degree from UNLV, working in an exciting lighting design career for luxury event markets, and finally a decade of designing weddings across California and Nevada; finding her true calling! She is now honored to be able to share her passion here in Colorado, after moving here in 2024.
When not in events mode, you can find Janina - quad-roller skating, out dancing, out at karaoke, or grabbing cocktails with girlfriends, working on her culinary & craft mixology training, analyzing films and TV series for deeper meanings, and on occasion traveling the world with her husband and new puppy - Lox!

I am pleased to introduce Brooke, a seasoned wedding planner with nearly two decades of experience creating meaningful and beautifully executed celebrations. After planning her own wedding 17 years ago, she remains happily married to her best friend, and they share their lives with their teenage son and two dogs.
Brooke believes that a wedding should feel like a couple's unique story brought to life. Whether you are envisioning a modern, intimate gathering or a timeless, grand affair, she works closely with her clients to design a day that feels effortless, personal, and truly unforgettable.
With a calm and organized approach, Brooke guides you through the planning process so that every detail is handled, allowing you to enjoy the moments that matter most. She welcomes all of your ideas—including those from the most creative Pinterest boards—and helps turn them into seamless, stunning celebrations.

She is dependable, detail-oriented, and loves helping make wedding days feel seamless and joyful. When she isn’t working weddings, Tana enjoys creative projects, exploring Colorado, relaxing at home, and spending time with her husband.
