REHEARSAL DAY
Rehearsal at venue or off site location (1 hour)
Decor pick-up the week of the wedding
WEDDING DAY
1 planner (up to 10 hours); additional planner added over 50 guest
Logistics management of all vendors, wedding party, and bride and groom on your big day starting from ceremony to send-off
Manage setup and breakdown of personal décor for ceremony and reception spaces
Manage timeline and wedding flow with all vendors, wedding party, and family
Greet guests and assist with directing logistics throughout the day
Manage ceremony procession and recession including officiant, parents, wedding party, ring bearer, flower girl, and bride and groom
Manage any issues that may arise during wedding day
Assist with bustles, veils, boutonnieres
Manage all reception proceedings including grand entrance, toast, dances, vendor meals, cake cutting, and grand exit
Provide wedding day emergency kit
Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors
Coordinate collection of gifts and and cards at the end of the night
Coordinate all personal decor at the end of the night and load into designated cars
Final checkout with venue at the end of the night
